Sitting in a commanding position above the harbour, this four-bedroom townhouse in Brixham sleeps eight and puts the water within constant sight. The vaulted lounge has a glass gable end that opens to a Juliet balcony, and the upper-floor balcony is furnished for meals or evening drinks as the harbour lights come on. A wood burner in the lounge keeps things comfortable when the Devon weather turns, and a Smart TV is on hand for quieter nights in.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area occupies the main entry floor and is well equipped for a full group: Rangemoor oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine for morning starts. A central island gives extra workspace, and doors open directly onto the balcony so coffee or breakfast can shift outside without ceremony. The garage is accessible from this same level and includes a small utility space housing a washing machine and dryer, useful for rinsing and drying beach kit.
