Parkham Villa

Parkham Villa sits in Brixham, Devon, sleeping eight across four bedrooms. Two super-king rooms and a king-size room each have their own en-suite shower or bathroom, while a twin room shares the family bathroom on the first floor. A small fifth room upstairs works well as a nursery, with a travel cot and highchair available on request, though it does not add to the sleeping capacity.

Ground-floor living space includes a lounge with doors onto the terrace and Sky TV, plus a separate snug with a wood burner and Smart TV (the main lounge fireplace is decorative and not for use). The kitchen has a gas AGA, fridge/freezer and microwave, with a dining area opening onto the terrace. A downstairs utility and shower room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a further shower room downstairs alongside the four bathrooms upstairs, so five bathrooms in total.

Outside, a split-level garden combines a paved terrace with table and chairs and a lawned area, suited to outdoor dining in fine weather. Off-road parking for two cars is provided at the rear, though access is via a set of steep steps; a separate step-free pedestrian route is available for those who prefer to avoid them. Additional roadside parking may be found nearby, subject to availability.

Two dogs are welcome at this property for an additional charge, though they are not permitted upstairs. A shop and pub are within walking distance, and the beach is around 1.5 miles away. Internet access is provided throughout, and hairdryers are supplied in every upstairs bathroom for added convenience during a stay.
