Spread across three floors in Brixham, this four-bedroom townhouse accommodates eight guests and suits groups wanting a proper base on the South Devon coast. No dogs are permitted; arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.

The living room has a large corner sofa, Smart TV with Sky and Netflix, and a wood burner (logs not supplied). The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. A separate dining room with a handmade oak table seating eight has French doors opening onto the terrace. The first floor has a king-size room and a double, served by a bathroom with a free-standing bath, walk-in rainfall shower and WC. On the second floor are a further double and a twin that converts to a super-king on request, sharing a shower room with walk-in rainfall shower and WC. Every bedroom has its own TV.

Behind the property, an enclosed two-tiered terrace provides the outdoor space. The upper terrace is accessed from the ground floor, with steep steps connecting the two levels; children need close supervision on these steps. The lower level has a rattan seating area for four and a BBQ, while the upper level holds a dining table for ten with a parasol and a fire pit. A highchair and travel cot are available.

Parking is on-street and subject to availability, with the nearest public car park around half a mile away. Pubs, restaurants and shops are within 500 metres, and the beach is approximately one mile away.
