This three-bedroom cottage in Brixham town centre sleeps eight across three floors, each with its own shower room. The ground floor holds a super-king zip-and-link bedroom alongside a shower room; the first floor has the main living spaces and a double bedroom with en-suite; and the second floor is given over to a family suite with a super-king zip-and-link bed, two single beds and sea views. Both zip-and-link beds can be reconfigured as twins on request, giving the family suite the flexibility to sleep four children separately.

The open-plan kitchen and living area sits on the first floor, where the elevated position makes the most of the views and a feature fireplace provides a focal point. The kitchen runs to a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, and the washing machine is in the garage. Entertainment includes Smart TVs, a PlayStation 4, Echo Dots and a selection of games, with heating controlled through Alexa-enabled Echo devices on a Hive system.

Outside, two separate spaces suit different moods. An enclosed patio with rock-wall and fence surround holds a charcoal BBQ, wooden benches and a dining table for eight; the BBQ must be cleaned after use. A roof terrace above offers rattan sofa-style seating for eight. Parking covers one large car in the garage with the door down and a smaller car across the driveway; in summer two cars can park tandem with the garage door up, though this is not practical in colder months. An EV charger is on site.

Second-floor ceilings are low and sloping, which is worth noting for taller guests. No pets or dogs are permitted, and parties, hen dos and stag dos are not allowed. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The fish market, marina and harbourfront are within 300 metres, and a pub and shop are roughly 400 metres away.
