Converted from a former village shop, this one-bedroom apartment sits right in the centre of Beer, opposite the church and beside the brook that winds down toward the sea. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is well lit by a large opaque window and furnished with a leather sofa and separate armchairs, a breakfast bar for two, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, covering everything needed for a self-catering stay.

The king-size bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and opens into a stylish en-suite shower room offering both a raindance shower head and a hand-held attachment. A Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included throughout.

Parking for one car is provided by permit in a nearby public car park. There is no private outdoor space at the apartment itself, though the shingle beach is around 300 metres away, where wooden fishing boats land catches of crab, lobster, scallops and mackerel, and deck chairs can be hired. A beachside café, independent shops and a pub are all within a short walk, and cliff paths along the South West Coast Path connect to Branscombe and Seaton.

The apartment sleeps two adults only. No children, babies or dogs are permitted. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
