The Beach House

The Beach House sits in Beer, close to the beach, within the East Devon AONB. Built for two, it has a single king-size bedroom upstairs with its own en-suite bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC.

Downstairs, the living and dining room holds sofas and a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and guests can recount the day's adventures over dinner at the kitchen dining table. A private rear terrace with patio and furniture looks out over the garden and to the sea beyond, a good spot to eat outside when the weather allows.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and central heating and WiFi cover the rest of the house. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request for a visiting child, though the bedroom itself is built for two adults.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and off-road parking is available on site for the length of the stay. The property is no smoking throughout, indoors or out. The shop and beach are both around 0.3 miles away and the nearest pub is 0.4 miles away, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
