Sea Haven

Sea Haven is a ground-floor apartment in Beer, close to the fishing village's sheltered cove and shingle beach on the Jurassic Coast. It sleeps 2 in a single double bedroom with an adjoining shower room, and the shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles away.

The open-plan living area has a sofa, a Smart TV, a DVD player and an electric woodburning-effect stove for cooler evenings. The adjoining kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a fridge with an ice box, a small freezer, a washer/dryer and a Tassimo coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and the fuel and power for the heating are covered too.

There is no direct parking at the property. A public car park is a short walk away, subject to availability, and one permit for the EDDC car park is supplied. Guests need to provide their car registration to the local agent in advance so the permit can be activated from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on departure, and there is no permit to display, as it is registered online.

No pets are allowed at Sea Haven, and smoking is not permitted. The village sits on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site between the resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, with Seaton 1.5 miles away, Lyme Regis around 9 miles and Sidmouth 9.5 miles.
