Set on the Devon Riviera coast in Torquay, this three-bedroom house sleeps six across a super-king, a double and a twin room. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC; a further four steps lead to the additional bedrooms and the family bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower and WC. A separate WC sits on the entry level. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The layout spans three levels connected by internal stairs, worth bearing in mind before booking. The lower ground floor holds an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with high ceilings. Kitchen equipment includes an electric hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nescafé pod coffee machine. The dining table seats all six guests, with French doors opening to the rear garden. The lounge has two two-seater sofas, a wall-mounted Smart TV, DVD player and an electric fire. The master bedroom also has its own TV.

Closing the rear gates creates a fully enclosed space suitable for children and the dog. Outside seating includes a corner rattan sofa with umbrella and an outdoor dining table and chairs for six. Private parking covers two cars: one in the gravel area inside the gates and one in the garage, which measures 2.85 m wide, 2.1 m high and 4.2 m long. A travel cot and highchair are already in the property.

Torre Abbey Sands beach is roughly half a mile away, and Torre Abbey, dating from 1156, is around 0.2 miles. A pub is approximately 0.5 miles from the property and a shop around 0.3 miles.
