Apartment 5

Apartment 5 is a first-floor apartment at Torquay Apartments in Torquay, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. It sleeps 6 across a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area; the twin beds are two feet six inches wide, so they suit children best. A shower room with a walk-in shower completes the layout.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle and toaster, and the sitting area has a TV and WiFi. Electric central heating covers the apartment, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Travel cots are available on request, though cot bedding isn't supplied.

One car can park off-road at the apartment, with further space in a free public car park nearby. Guests also share a garden on site. The shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away, the beach is 0.4 miles and a lake sits 0.9 miles from the door.

Torquay itself sits at the heart of the English Riviera, with sandy beaches and coastal walks close by. Further afield, Paignton suits a family day on its seafront, Brixham has harbour views and boat trips, and Totnes offers independent shops and riverside walks. Apartment 5 doesn't accept pets and is strictly no smoking throughout.
