4 Hesketh Mews

Meadfoot Beach is 160 metres from this three-bedroom Torquay property, which accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of four adults and two children. Spread across three floors, the house has a ground-floor cloakroom with WC, first-floor kitchen/diner and living areas, and bedrooms arranged between the first and second floors.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with white-gloss units, a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, bean-to-cup and Bosch Tassimo coffee machines, and a dining table seating six. French doors connect the kitchen to the enclosed patio garden, which has two sets of tables and chairs. A separate snug on the first floor has a two-seater sofa, TV and games, making a practical retreat for children. The living room has a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and its own TV, with French doors leading to a balcony with a table and two chairs.

Bedroom one has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Bedrooms two and three each have twin single beds, and the family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and WC. WiFi with fibre broadband is included throughout, along with Sky TV, an Alexa device, a travel cot and a highchair.

There is no dedicated parking at the property; on-street spaces are typically available at Hesketh Crescent and close by opposite. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Hen and stag parties are not permitted. Guests receive a ten per cent discount on daily or weekly passes at the health club of the nearby Osborne Hotel, a four-minute walk away.
