Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is a ground-floor apartment at Torquay Apartments in Torquay, close to the seafront. It sleeps 6 across a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the open living and dining area, with one shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and the living area has a Smart TV and WiFi. Electric central heating covers the apartment, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, though cot bedding isn't supplied, making it a workable base for a family with a young child.

Guests share a communal garden on site. The shop sits 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.4 miles, so everyday essentials and the shoreline are both within easy walking distance. Further afield, Paignton suits a family day out on its promenade, Brixham has harbour views and boat trips, and Totnes offers independent shops and riverside walks.

Apartment 2 takes two well-behaved dogs, and smoking isn't permitted inside. Check-in runs on Saturdays only. A car park is available for guests' use, and the apartment can also be booked together with several neighbouring units on the same site for a larger group.
