Driftwood

Driftwood is a semi-detached house on a private development in Torquay, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, leading through a front garden and hallway with storage for beach gear.

The open-plan living/dining room has a Smart TV and a dining table seating six, next to a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower room, and there's a further double, a bunk room, a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Gas central heating runs throughout, and WiFi is fitted.

The enclosed rear patio garden is secluded, with furniture, a barbecue and a private hot tub for evening soaks, though the tub can't be used after 10pm and guests need to bring their own towels for it. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles away and the beach around 0.8 miles off.

Torquay Museum sits next door, and the harbour and the sands of Torquay beach are both close by, with Paignton's pier, beach and waterpark a short drive further along the coast.

No pets are allowed, and the house is no smoking, with no stag, hen or similar groups accepted.
