The Old Cider Barn Croyde

This Grade II listed cider barn has been converted with underfloor heating and exposed beams running throughout, sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Two king-size doubles and a twin room sit within the main building, reached from an entrance hall stairway, while a fourth king-size bedroom occupies a separate annexe across the courtyard.

Bathroom provision includes one bathroom, an en-suite bathroom, an en-suite shower room and a separate ground-floor WC in the main barn, with the annexe adding its own en-suite wet room. The kitchen/diner is equipped with two electric ovens, gas hobs, a wine cooler, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer, and a utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. A snug sitting room retains some of the original cider press workings alongside a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included.

The annexe offers an open-plan lounge and sleeping area with its own wood burner, suiting older teenagers, a couple travelling with a baby, or anyone wanting more separate space; a travel cot and highchair are provided for younger visitors. Outside, a courtyard leads to a raised lawned garden with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, plus a separate BBQ lodge. Off-road parking is available for up to five cars, though the driveway is shared with the neighbouring property, whose own parking space forms part of it.

Croyde is within walking distance for its beach, shops, pubs and restaurants, and wifi is included throughout the property. No dogs are permitted at this property, and arrival is from 4pm with departure by 10am.
