The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, washer-dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and there is a selection of DVDs, games and books alongside the Smart TV, plus underfloor heating throughout.
Parking is gated and secure, with one space for a car, and there is a secure store for surfboards. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, along with a complimentary cream tea on arrival for every stay.
The Lobster Pot does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. The property has a seven-night minimum stay in August, and check-in is from 3:30pm. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away, and Westward Ho!'s beach is roughly 1.3 miles, close to the Royal North Devon Golf Club.
