The Little Lookout

This end terrace house sits above Brixham's outer harbour, reached by a flight of steep steps from the road, with views across the marina, breakwater and Torbay towards Torquay. It sleeps two guests, making it suited to a couple rather than a group, and is arranged over ground and first floors.

The ground floor holds a lounge with a coal-effect electric fire and Smart TV, a separate dining room with an electric-effect log burner, and a kitchen fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The double bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite shower room with WC and harbour views, alongside a further bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.

Behind the property, three tiered terraces are reached by steep, unlit steps, each offering views over Torbay; a table and chairs on the terrace provide a spot to sit outdoors. Wi-Fi is included, and a travel cot and highchair are available should visiting family bring young children, though the sleeping capacity remains two adults.

A parking space at the nearby marina car park can be arranged with the owners ahead of arrival, and the vehicle can stop briefly outside the property to load or unload luggage. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and dogs may use the Breakwater beach between 1st October and 31st March. The property lies within walking distance of Brixham's harbour, shops and pubs, though the town's steep streets and stepped approaches mean this is not a stay suited to those who struggle with stairs.
