Fruits De Mer

Fruits De Mer sits on a first floor above a fish restaurant in the harbour bowl at Brixham, reached via a shared access stairway. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is the heart of the apartment, with the lounge looking out over the marina and its comings and goings, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The two double bedrooms sit at the rear of the apartment, one with views over Brixham high street, and each has its own television. A single shower room with WC serves both rooms, and towels are provided along with electric and central heating.

This is a compact apartment suited to two guests only, and the booking excludes children under 18. One dog is welcome to travel, though additional charges may apply, and there's a hallway space by the entrance for wiping down paws before heading further inside.

Wi-Fi is included throughout, and a Smart TV is fitted in the lounge for evenings in. There's no private parking at the property, but a nearby public car park is available, with local charges applying. The apartment stands within the town itself, close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
