This apartment sits a short, reasonably level walk from the harbour in Brixham, a working fishing town known for its seafood and colourful waterfront. The property has been renovated with wooden flooring, exposed stonework and double glazing throughout, giving the open-plan lounge a bright, airy feel with a nautical theme running through the decor. The bedroom and bathroom are both located on the ground floor of the apartment.

The kitchen area is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, Nespresso-style coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge with ice compartment. A breakfast bar provides everyday dining space, while the lounge has a sofa, Smart TV with DVD player and a basic Sky package, plus a flame-effect fire for cooler evenings.
