The Dairy at Wyke Farm

The Dairy at Wyke Farm occupies part of a small shared courtyard at Wyke, a hamlet close to Lyme Regis, with Axminster the nearest town for shops and everyday errands. The one-bedroom home sleeps 3 across a king-size and a single bed in an en-suite lower-ground-floor bedroom, reached down a short flight of steps from the main living level.

The living space sits above the bedroom, an open-plan room combining kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a small balcony off it for sitting out. The kitchenette has an electric hob, air-fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle, but there is no oven, so it suits simple meals rather than a roast. A Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books cover quieter evenings, and central heating runs through the property, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Outside, a shared courtyard area has furniture for sitting out, and one designated parking space is provided for a single car. The nearest shop and pub are around 1.5 miles away. The property best suits a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, and does not accept children under 3.

A desk in the bedroom gives space to work or study during a stay. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking throughout. The Dairy can also be booked together with two neighbouring properties on the same farm for a larger group of up to 15 guests.
