Rosemarie Annexe

Rosemarie Annexe is a holiday home on the outskirts of the market town of Axminster, within the East Devon AONB and close to the Jurassic Coast. The kitchen leads into a living/dining room with plush seating, a dining table for three and a Smart TV, and the annexe sleeps 3, making it a compact base for a small family or a group of friends.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor: a spacious king-size room and a smaller double, each described as a peaceful spot for a restful night. The bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower.

Outside, an enclosed, south-facing rear patio and a front garden with seating both give spots to sit outdoors and eat alfresco. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and there's a DAB radio, WiFi and a selection of books and games alongside the Smart TV. A travel cot and highchair are available. Oil central heating covers the annexe, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Designated roadside parking is provided for 1 car, though motorhomes and trailers cannot be accommodated. Rosemarie Annexe does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The nearest shop and pub are both around 1 mile away, and the nearest beach is 5.1 miles.
