Pendragon Pod

Pendragon Pod stands on its own private site on the outskirts of Axminster, at the end of a quiet lane where Devon, Dorset and Somerset meet. This single-storey, adults-only pod has an open-plan living space with a woodburning stove and far-reaching countryside views, and sleeps 2 guests looking for a quiet break.

The double bed sits at the rear of the pod, with a shower room next to it holding a walk-in shower, basin and WC. There are 2 steps up to the front door, which may not suit guests with mobility issues.

The kitchen area has an electric 2-ring hob, a microwave and a fridge with ice box, and an oil-filled radiator provides heating alongside the woodburner. A TV and WiFi are also provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Outside, there's a seating area with a firepit for evenings under the stars.

Pendragon Pod takes one well-behaved dog, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and a Zappi 7kw electric car charger is available on site with a charge payable for usage. The shop is 2 miles away and the pub 2.6 miles, with a network of footpaths and bridleways passing close by for walkers.
