The Coach House

The Coach House stands in the village of Kingston, a reverse-level cottage with the living space upstairs. Around 6 or 7 steps lead up to the front door, and the open-plan first floor holds the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area warmed by a wood burning stove. The double bedroom and bathroom, with a shower over the bath, basin and WC, are on the ground floor.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, and the sitting area has a Smart TV with DVD player and Bluetooth speakers, plus a selection of books. WiFi covers the whole cottage. Oil-fired central heating runs throughout, and the utility room holds the washing machine and washing line.

Outside, an enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue, with views over the surrounding countryside. A designated parking space is provided for one small or medium car. The pub is within 0.3 miles and the shop 1.7 miles away, and the village itself sits close to the River Erme's wooded estuary and Wonwell beach.

The Coach House takes one dog, though dogs are not allowed downstairs or on the furniture at any time. The property is strictly no smoking and is described as unsuitable for children, and there are around 6 to 7 steps up to the front door to plan around.
