Kingston cottage with a woodburning stove and tiered garden

Park Cottage sits in the village of Kingston, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The sitting room has exposed beams and a woodburning stove that becomes a focal point on cooler evenings, and a winding staircase with a rope bannister leads up to the bedrooms.

The double and twin bedrooms sit upstairs and share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area has doors straight out into the garden, so mealtimes can spill outside when the weather allows.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and electric heating covers the cottage. Fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with a TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games for evenings in. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Outside, the tiered garden has a flagstone patio, a pond and furniture across several tucked-away seating spots; take care around the drops and the pond. Parking is on the roadside in the village. A shop and pub are around 2.2 miles away and the beach about 1 mile. The property is no smoking, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
