3 Rock Cottages

3 Rock Cottages is a two-bedroom terraced cottage in Kingston, a village a mile from the River Erme's wooded estuary and Wonwell beach. The cottage sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC; in one of the bedrooms the double bed can only be reached from one side, worth knowing before you book.

Downstairs, the sitting room has a woodburning stove built into a stone feature wall, and there's a separate dining room for evening meals. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and a utility room next door has extra storage space, useful for beach gear and wet coats after a country walk. Oil-fired heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a lawn and furniture, with roadside parking nearby. 3 Rock Cottages welcomes two well-behaved dogs, with the dog-friendly beaches of Wonwell and Westcombe both within walking distance.

The property is strictly no smoking. The pub, The Dolphin Inn, is around 0.2 miles away, and the nearest shop is 2.1 miles, in the village of St Ann's Chapel.
