The Bay

This contemporary house is arranged over three floors on a modern development in Westward Ho, within walking distance of the beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms, making it suited to two families or a larger group wanting separate sleeping spaces.

The ground floor holds an open kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine, plus a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining room doubles as a games room with a pool table, table football, table tennis and dartboard, and there's a ground-floor cloakroom WC. Upstairs, the first-floor living area has far-reaching views towards Northam Burrows and the sea, along with an open terrace.

Bedrooms are split between the first and second floors, with three of the four having en-suite shower rooms and a separate family bathroom with a bath serving the fourth. The two zip-and-link rooms can be arranged as super-king or twin beds on request, and each bedroom has its own Smart TV and a fan.

Outside, an enclosed garden includes a patio, seating for eight and a private hot tub, with a secure shed storing barbecue equipment and beach gear. Private off-road parking takes three to four cars, and electric vehicle charging is available on site. Up to four dogs can stay, though they aren't permitted on furniture or in the bedrooms, with throws provided for sofas; additional charges may apply. Hot tub use and beach towels are not included.
