Country Life Bramling Cross Cottage

Country Life Bramling Cross Cottage sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms, arranged over two upper floors. The first floor has a double and a twin room alongside a shower room with WC, while the second floor holds a further double and twin room served by a bathroom with shower over the bath and separate WC. The ground floor lounge has a TV and DVD player, and the kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.

This cottage forms part of a complex of nine holiday cottages set within 15 acres of communal farmland, so guests share several facilities with neighbouring properties. A heated outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating is open during the main summer months, from the last May Bank Holiday week until 1 September, and there is a communal children's play area with swings, slides and a swing ball set. A shared utility room offers coin-operated washing machines and a tumble dryer, and secure storage is available for bikes and surfboards.

Outside the cottage itself, a private gravelled area sits to the front, and there is a separate shared BBQ area furnished with picnic tables and garden chairs for use by guests across the complex. A fully enclosed dog exercise field lies less than 100 yards away, useful for those travelling with pets, though dogs must stay on a lead elsewhere on site and are not permitted in the pool area. Up to two dogs can be accommodated, with additional charges applying.

The cottage sits near Westward Ho, with a pub and restaurant next door and shops and a beach within walking distance. Onsite parking is provided with allocated spaces, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors. Arrival is from 14:00 and departure before 09:00, and the cottage is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
