This modern beach house in Westward Ho sits 150 metres from the beach and combines contemporary comfort with family practicality. The open-plan first-floor living space features a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, and bi-fold doors opening onto a full-width balcony with panoramic sea and nature reserve views. The kitchen includes a NEFF electric cooker, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor: a master king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (convertible to king on request) and a mid-sleeper room with 2x 3ft single beds and French doors opening directly to the garden. A separate family bathroom with shower over bath serves the ground floor.

The fourth bedroom, a king-size on the upper floor, has a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the practical facilities. For families with young children, a stairgate, travel cot, two highchairs and blackout blinds are all available on request.

The enclosed landscaped garden provides a sheltered outdoor space with decking, garden seating and a charcoal BBQ. An external hot and cold shower helps rinse off salt and sand after beach visits. Private parking accommodates 2 cars (1 on the driveway, 1 in the garage), with additional free parking on the private road. A 7kW EV charger is installed on site, and the garage can store bikes, golf clubs, prams and surfboards.

Up to 4 dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Shops and pubs are within 500 metres of the property.
