Bryn's House

This reverse-level house sits a short walk from Westward Ho beach and sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The layout puts all the bedrooms on the ground floor, with the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space upstairs to make the most of the waterside views from the property.

Ground floor accommodation includes two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the rear garden, and the other also with its own en-suite shower room. A twin room and a bunk room complete the sleeping arrangements, alongside a further bathroom with a shower over the bath and a cupboard housing the washer/dryer. A separate snug on this floor has patio doors to the garden and a Smart TV with DVD player, giving children their own space to settle in.

Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine. A Smart TV serves the lounge, and a telescope is set up for taking in the views over the beach beyond. From the lounge, doors lead out to a balcony, while the enclosed rear garden below is furnished for outdoor dining.

Practical arrangements include off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property and internet access throughout. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
