The Barn, 20 At The Beach

The Barn, 20 At The Beach is a two-storey barn conversion in the heart of Torcross, just a few steps from Slapton Sands beach and the village's pub, shop and cafes. An ash staircase climbs from the entrance hallway to an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed cross beams and skylights, while both bedrooms sit on the ground floor.

The super king-size bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath, a handheld shower attachment and a separate shower cubicle, and the twin bedroom has its own en suite with a walk-in shower. The house sleeps 4, with a heated towel rail in each bathroom.

Upstairs, the kitchen is fitted with two fridges, a freezer, a washer/dryer, an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, and the dining area seats four. The living room has a Smart TV, a DVD player and a Playstation, and WiFi covers the whole property. A travel cot and highchair are available for children, and gas central heating runs throughout.

Parking is strictly limited to one car in a private garage, though nearby public parking takes any extra vehicles. Between July and August the property only takes Friday to Friday bookings. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed anywhere on site.
