2 Bayview

2 Bayview is a first-floor apartment on the seafront at Torcross, with uninterrupted views of the beach and sea from the sitting room and its Juliet balcony. It's an adults-only property, sleeping 2 in a single king-size bedroom, reached by exterior steps up to the front door.

An ancient timber screen divides the sitting room from the well-equipped kitchen, and there's a breakfast bar for evening meals. The open-plan living space is warmed by a woodburning stove for drawing the curtains and settling in once the sun goes down. The double bedroom is close by, with its own shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a little enclosed courtyard gives outside space away from the seafront.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a TV and WiFi throughout. Central heating covers the apartment, and there's no dedicated parking at the property, though a permit for a public car park is provided for one car.

2 Bayview takes two well-behaved dogs, at an additional weekly charge per pet; pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and cannot be left alone in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 2.2 miles away, with the pub and beach both 0.1 miles from the front door, and the long shingle beach at Torcross is right on the doorstep for walks.
