The Albatross 12

This coastal house sits close to Woolacombe beach and has a separate annexe suite alongside the main accommodation, giving flexibility for multi-generational groups travelling together. The property sleeps a maximum of 12, split across five bedrooms in the main house and annexe combined, with three bathrooms and an additional ground-floor WC.

The main house has a kitchen with a double-sided wood burner and a separate living space with an open fire, plus a dedicated family room with toys and a table football set, and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs are an en-suite double, a super-king room with a private balcony, and two twin zip-and-link rooms, one with an extra bunk bed, served by a family bathroom. The self-contained annexe has its own king-size bedroom, shower room with WC, kitchenette and living space with a wood burner and underfloor heating, opening onto a private patio.

Outdoor space includes an upper deck with seating and a gas BBQ, plus a lower enclosed sun deck with a private hot tub, sauna and cold plunge pool. Parking is available for three cars on the sloped driveway, with an EV charging point on site and additional on-street parking nearby. Dogs are welcome downstairs only, with a maximum of two and no pets permitted in the annexe.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and bed configurations must be confirmed at the time of booking rather than adjusted on arrival. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Out of peak season the main house can be booked separately to sleep 10, with the annexe let independently for two, subject to enquiry.
