Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. A Smart TV and a wooden dining table complete the room. The master bedroom is a double; the second room is a twin that can be made up as a super king-size on request. Both share a family shower room with WC.

The raised decking catches far-reaching views across the Devon countryside and has outdoor seating, a charcoal BBQ and a bubbling hot tub. Laundry facilities are in a communal room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack, operated on an honesty-box basis. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The owners run a pub and restaurant on site, known for dishes using local ingredients and a Sunday roast, with eat-in and takeaway options subject to opening times. A private chef can also be arranged before arrival. The sandy beach at Westward Ho! and a local shop are both around a mile away.
