Tallet is a barn conversion on a working beef and sheep farm, arranged around a tranquil courtyard and sleeping eight across four bedrooms. Located near Payhembury, a village reachable on foot via country lanes, the property sits within easy reach of a pub and community shop. The farm also hosts the village cricket club, with the pitch available for hire and a bar and BBQ operating on match nights.

The layout spans two floors. On the upper level, a bright lounge and diner with a wood burner leads into a well-equipped kitchen with range-style electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine; a hallway WC and utility room with washer-dryer complete this floor. A flight of stairs descends to two king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower room and en-suite wet room respectively, a king-size zip-and-link room convertible to twin on request, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom with freestanding bath.

Outside, a private enclosed garden with patio seating, garden furniture and a barbecue adjoins the first-floor kitchen and hallway, reached by external steps. To the rear, a communal courtyard and children's play area are shared with one neighbouring property. Off-road parking accommodates four cars, and electric vehicle charging is available on site.

Heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and the first basket of logs for the wood burner is provided. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property does not accept group, hen or stag parties. Arrival from 16:00; departure before 10:00.
