Forever Home is a renovated cottage in the village of Payhembury, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms on the first floor: a king-size and two doubles, all served by one contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the living/dining room has a rustic woodburning stove and a TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+. Air source heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, a stove starter pack, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture around a jacuzzi hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. Payhembury itself has a pub and shop just 0.1 miles away, along with tennis courts and a playground in the village, and Ottery St Mary is about 5.2 miles off with a wider choice of shops, pubs and cafes.

No pets are allowed, and the cottage is no smoking. Bookings run as 7-night stays starting on a Saturday, with shorter breaks only by prior enquiry. Payhembury is a rural village in East Devon close to Hembury Fort, an Iron Age hill fort, with Honiton around 6.2 miles away and Exeter about 20.6 miles off.
