Swifts Barn

Swift Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion in the countryside at Waddeton, just outside Galmpton, within reach of Brixham. It shares its plot with a sister property, Swallows Barn, and can be booked together with it for larger groups. Swift Barn alone sleeps 6 across three bedrooms over two floors.

A super king-size double sits on the ground floor, next to a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Upstairs are two further super king-size doubles, both zip/link rooms that can split into twins, each with its own en-suite shower room. The open-plan living area downstairs has a kitchen, dining space and a sitting area with a woodburning stove.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, and the sitting area has a TV, WiFi and a selection of books. A travel cot, highchair and possibly a stair gate are available. Outside, the garden and summer house are shared with Swallows Barn, and there is a charcoal barbecue, though charcoal itself is not included.

Swift Barn welcomes one well-behaved dog. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and the nearest pub and shop are 1.4 miles away. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted.
