Rosedale Cottage - Devon

This cottage sits in Stoke Gabriel, a village on the River Dart near Totnes, with two pubs, a bistro and a village shop all within a quarter of a mile. The front door opens straight into the lounge, where a wood burner (fuel not included) and a Smart TV make it a comfortable base after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine, and there's a dining table for everyday meals. Upstairs, the double bedroom and a single bedroom on the top floor share a family bathroom fitted with a double shower and WC. The layout suits two adults travelling with one child.

Outside, guests share an access yard with steps up to a shared walled garden, which has a patio with seating to one side and flower beds. A parking permit is provided for one car at the Quay Car Park, around 300 metres from the cottage; the space directly outside is for loading and unloading only, though further parking is available nearby. Access along Church Walk must be kept clear at all times for the church and neighbouring properties.

Dogs are not permitted at this cottage. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure is before 10:00. The nearest beach is a five-mile drive, and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and residential.
