2 Dart

2 Dart is a single-storey villa-style bungalow in the village of Stoke Gabriel, close to a creek of the River Dart. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, the river 0.2 miles, and the beach 3.4 miles. The bungalow sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the twin bedroom has a TV; both open through French doors onto a veranda over the front garden. A separate family bathroom has a bath and a shower over.

The open-plan living space has a partially glazed lantern roof, a seating area, a wood burning stove and French doors onto the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a separate utility area, and there's a TV with a recordable Sky package, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi.

Outside, an enclosed lawn garden and paved patio have furniture and space for a barbecue, with off-road parking for 2 medium-sized cars to the rear, limited to 4.2m wide and 4m long. There are 10 shallow steps to the front of the property and 9 to the rear. 2 Dart takes one well-behaved dog and is no smoking throughout.
