Lower Well Farm House

Lower Well Farm House is a converted farmhouse beside the Sandridge Barton winery near Stoke Gabriel, on a working farm with livestock and wild animals on the estate. The house sleeps 8 across four en-suite bedrooms, two of them convertible to twin rooms on request.

The ground floor holds a super king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: two super king-size rooms, one with beams, skylight windows and a freestanding bath in its en-suite, and a twin room that can be swapped for a super king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, giving four bathrooms in total.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fitted with an AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a washer/dryer in the utility room. The sitting room has a Smart TV alongside a woodburning stove, and a first-floor study with a desk and armchair offers a quiet corner away from the main living space. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

Outside, an enclosed Italian-style courtyard has furniture and a barbecue for meals outdoors. Ample off-road parking is provided, and the property is no smoking throughout. The nearest shop is 1.3 miles away, the pub 1.2 miles, and the river 0.8 miles. Pets are not accepted.
