Angel House

This contemporary property sits within a new development in Stoke Gabriel, a village set on a creek of the River Dart, with steps leading up to the front door. Inside, the ground floor opens into an entrance hall with a lounge to one side, furnished with a large sofa, a small table for two and a gas fire beneath a Smart TV. Opposite, an open-plan kitchen/diner has patio doors extending the space outdoors, along with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a coffee machine. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. A twin room has plenty of storage, a dressing table and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in cubicle and WC. A bunk room faces the front of the property, and a third bedroom offers a super-king-size bed with further storage and a dressing table. The family bathroom, also on this floor, has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, an enclosed patio area at the front of the property provides garden furniture and an OFYR-style barbecue for al fresco dining, along with a fire pit. Parking is allocated for two cars, though motorhomes and caravans are not permitted. Internet access is available throughout the property.

One dog is welcome to stay, with additional charges that may apply. Stoke Gabriel itself has a shop, two pubs and a restaurant within easy reach, useful for evenings without needing to drive. Towels are provided as part of the stay, and at Christmas time the property is dressed for the season.
