Swallow Cottage Buckland Brewer

Swallow Cottage is a reverse-level barn conversion set on the edge of Buckland Brewer, a village within walking distance of a shop and pub. The layout suits couples, with the living space upstairs and the bedroom on the ground floor.

The king-size bedroom sits just off the entrance hall, next to a shower room with a shower cubicle and separate WC. A utility area near the entrance houses the washing machine. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a smart TV, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

Outside, a private enclosed patio has a firepit, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture, sheltered for dining outdoors. A second patio at the front looks out over the countryside, and a further lawned area opposite the property is available for dogs to use. Off-road parking is provided for one car directly outside.

Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay. Up to two dogs can be accommodated, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, and with a single bedroom and shower room the cottage is best suited to two guests travelling together rather than a larger group.
