The property occupies a complex with direct access to public footpaths for countryside walks, and the owner's land is also accessible by prior arrangement. Off-road parking is provided on-site, with shops 6 miles away, the beach 5 miles, and a pub 2 miles distant.

The interior centres on an open-plan living space within the original roundhouse structure, combining lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine, with a country-style dining table as the focal point. A sofa and two armchairs are arranged around a wall-mounted TV in the lounge.

Both bedrooms are reached from a spacious hallway. The king-size room features a double-height ceiling and dressing area, with an en-suite shower room containing a double shower and WC. The twin zip-and-link bedroom is accessed down 2 steps and can be made up as a super-king-size on request; the main shower room with double shower and WC is reached from this area. Each bedroom can accommodate an additional pull-out single bed, giving a total capacity of four plus two extra guests.

Outside, a shared garden provides seating, and the complex offers shared bike and surfboard storage. A travel cot and highchair are available, and towels are included. No dogs are permitted. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure by 10:00.
