Adipit Stables

Adipit Stables is a single-storey bolthole on the edge of Buckland Brewer, set within 5 acres of the owner's grounds in North Devon and built for two. The property has one double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, and looks out over far-reaching countryside views.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with underfloor heating throughout and a sofa to settle into in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a dishwasher, and WiFi covers evenings in.

Outside, an enclosed patio has furniture for taking in the countryside views and the wildlife that visits the grounds. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and scenic walks lead straight from the door through the surrounding landscape and the village of Buckland Brewer.

Adipit Stables does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. Off-road parking is provided for one car. The shop is 4.3 miles away, the pub 1.4 miles, and the beach 4.4 miles. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and there is a 3-night minimum stay. The village pub, the Coach & Horses Inn, is a 13th-century building serving meals, and the market town of Bideford is around five miles north with a wider choice of shops and eateries.
