This converted grain store sits in quiet countryside two miles from Buckland Brewer, where a popular pub and traditional butchers serve the village. Bideford, a historic port town with independent shops and narrow streets, lies five miles away, and the property has direct access to a public footpath for countryside walks. The owner's land can also be accessed by prior arrangement.

Four external steps lead up to the entrance before you reach the ground-floor lounge, which has traditional stone floors, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, DVD player, and a wood burner effect electric fire. Two stairs down and behind an exposed brick wall is the kitchen/diner, with a table for two, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge with ice compartment. Open-tread stairs rise from the lounge to the double bedroom and its en-suite shower room with WC.

A private hot tub sits outside alongside ample off-road parking. Wi-Fi is included, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Two small to medium-sized dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times; additional charges may apply. There is no washing machine at the property.

The beach is around five miles away and the nearest shop approximately six miles distant. Check-in is from 16:30 and checkout before 10:00. The property is part of a small complex and runs on a private water supply.
