This ground-floor apartment sits within a converted barn complex at Higher Clovelly, near Bideford, placing you close to North Devon's coast and the South West Coast Path. The nearby fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and harbour, lies within easy reach, while Hartland and Woolsery villages offer shops and pubs a couple of miles away. Surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton are also accessible from this part of North Devon.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the living space, with a Smart TV for catching up on programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and a separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine. Two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, share a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, a decked seating area adjoins the apartment. An additional shared seating area opposite includes a charcoal BBQ, and a shared dog exercising paddock gives your pets room to run around. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Off-road parking is available on site, with arrival from 15:30 and departure before 10:00.

A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and towels are included. Wi-Fi access is provided. The beach is 3 miles away, with a pub and shop each around 2 miles distant.
