Sunshine Cottage

This cottage sits on a privately owned 60-acre cliff-top estate above Westward Ho beach. Private access through the grounds leads to the South West Coast Path and directly down to the beach, so coastal walks are easily managed without the car. The property sleeps 4 guests across two bedrooms: a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over bath and WC, plus a twin with an en-suite wet room containing a shower, removable shower chair and WC.

The open-plan living area holds two sofas, a wood burner-effect electric fire and a Smart TV with DVD player. French doors with an optional ramp connect the living space to the patio, making it easy to move between the two. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a round dining table provides room for family meals.

Outside, an enclosed patio garden with furniture and a gas BBQ is directly accessible via the optional ramp. The shared play barn, open from Easter to October, contains table football, table tennis, pool and basketball. Ample private off-road parking is provided on site, travel cots and high chairs are available, and the property accepts up to 2 dogs, though additional charges may apply.

Shops and pubs are approximately 1 mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
