This second-floor apartment in Ilfracombe sleeps four and suits couples, small families or a group of friends. It sits centrally, a short walk from the seafront, shops, restaurants and cafes. Access is via two internal flights of stairs, with a further split-level hallway of six steps once inside, so it will not suit anyone who struggles with stairs.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and a small private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom is a double, with a zip-and-link option to two 2'6" twins available on request, and opens onto a balcony overlooking the harbour. It has easy access to the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. In total there are six small balconies around the apartment, each fitted with bistro chairs and a table.

The open-plan living area has three sets of French doors leading onto balconies, a lounge, a dining area and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, a Nespresso Pop coffee machine and a washer/dryer. Entertainment includes a smart TV with Sky films and sport, Blu-Ray and DVD players, and a DAB radio/CD player with Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Private parking is available for one car. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Dogs are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The apartment is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
