Sunrise

Sunrise puts the living room upstairs and all three bedrooms downstairs. This reverse-level house in Westward Ho! sleeps six, with a balcony off the living space and a hot tub in the enclosed garden below. Bi-fold doors connect the balcony to the lounge, extending the sitting space when the weather allows.

Two ground-floor bedrooms have king-size beds and their own en-suite shower rooms. The third has twin zip-and-link beds that can become a super-king on request. A separate bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. All bedrooms have televisions, and a utility room with a washer-dryer is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room has a Smart TV, Amazon Firestick and DVD player. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Outside, the garden contains seating, a barbecue and a beach hut for storing bikes, wetsuits and sandy boots alongside the hot tub.

Two cars can park off-road. Two dogs are welcome with possible extra charges, and a travel cot and highchair are available. Westward Ho! Beach, shops and pubs are within walking distance. The upstairs living arrangement means the group needs to be comfortable using stairs, even though the bedrooms are downstairs. Arrival begins at 5pm and departure is before 10am.
