Sunnyhaven

Sunnyhaven is a second-floor apartment about 50 metres from the River Dart in Dartmouth, with a flat walk to the shops, bars and Arts Centre. There are two flights of stairs up to the front door, roughly 34 steps in total, the second flight slightly steeper than the first, though both are wide with good handrails. The flat sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The double bedroom and the twin bedroom both face south and are bright and welcoming, sharing a newly refurbished bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. A ground-floor storage room is available for pushchairs, buckets and spades, bikes, fishing tackle and walking or sailing gear, though muddy or electric bikes aren't permitted there.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus a coffee maker and a Smart TV. Gas central heating and WiFi run through the flat, and the dining table seats four for meals at home.

One parking permit for an unallocated space in Mayors Avenue is included with the booking. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach around 1 mile, and Sunnyhaven has no garden but is close to everything in town; it's no pets, no smoking and no vaping.
