Upstairs, a family bathroom with a corner bath and rainfall shower serves the three bedrooms, and a separate WC sits on the top floor near the viewing snug, which has its own TV and Nintendo Wii.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has decking, a lawn and a firepit, with sea views across Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows. A private, covered hot tub is available, along with a separate garden games room fitted with a pool/tennis table, self-serving bar, drinks fridge and sound system. Off-road parking is provided for up to three cars on the driveway, though there is no EV charging point on site; the nearest charger is at a supermarket around two miles away.
