Summer Breeze - Ilfracombe

This three-storey holiday home sits in the centre of Ilfracombe, a North Devon seaside town with a working harbour, and sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen and dining room, along with a shower room and WC. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking, with a slow cooker, air fryer, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a dining area with a sofa and Smart TV.

A staircase leads to the middle floor, where the lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a small balcony suited to a morning coffee, along with the double bedroom. The top floor holds two further bedrooms, one king-size and another king-size room with a day bed that needs to be made up on request, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, guests have use of an enclosed courtyard fitted with patio furniture for outdoor dining or a quiet drink. Parking is provided for one car via an electric gate, and the property is within easy reach of the beach, shops and pubs. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors, and up to three dogs can stay, though additional charges may apply.

Check-in runs from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The layout across three floors, with stairs between each level and no lift, is worth bearing in mind for guests with young children who require close supervision on the stairs.
