7 Cove View

Positioned on the first floor of a building close to the centre of Ilfracombe, this apartment sleeps six and is reached by external and internal stairs. A small hallway opens into a light, open-plan living and dining area with seating for six at the main table. Three Juliet balconies give broad views across the town towards the harbour and the sea, including one at the far end of the modern kitchen, which also has a breakfast bar.

Three bedrooms lead off the main living space. The double has its own Juliet balcony and an en-suite shower room with WC. Of the two twin rooms, one has French doors opening onto a balcony. A family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath and WC serves the remaining guests. Every bedroom and the lounge has a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. WiFi is provided throughout. A welcome pack is included on arrival, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Allocated parking for one car is included; guests with a second vehicle will need to make alternative arrangements.

There is no garden, though the balconies give views in several directions. The beach, a shop and a pub are all just over 150 metres away on foot. Dogs are not accepted at this property.
